1. 01Acceptance of terms

   By using this website, applying for membership, or participating in Axendra experiences, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or participate in the community.

2. 02Membership

   Membership is granted by application or personal invitation and is curated. Axendra may approve, decline, or end a membership at its discretion, including when a member's conduct is inconsistent with the community's expectations. Membership dues are $35 per month or $360 per year. Membership continues until it is ended by the member or by Axendra.

3. 03Member conduct

   Members are expected to show up with intention, build genuine relationships, support other members, respect confidentiality, share opportunities, be professional, lead with integrity, and contribute to the community. What is shared in confidence within the community stays within the community.

4. 04Events and registration

   Event registration is confirmed once completed, and for paid events once payment is received. Capacity is limited and spots are held in the order registrations are completed. Guest policies and the refund policy for each event are stated on that event's page. Axendra may reschedule or cancel an event; if an event is canceled, paid registrations are refunded.

5. 05Payments

   Prices are shown before you register, and payments are processed securely by Square. Axendra does not store card details. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy stated on each event.

6. 06Intellectual property

   The Axendra name, marks, and the content of this website belong to Axendra. You may not use them without written permission. Content you share within the community remains yours, and you give Axendra permission to use it to operate the community.

7. 07Limitation of liability

   Axendra provides its website, community, and experiences as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axendra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the community, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid to Axendra.

8. 08Changes to these terms

   We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date below. Continued use of the website or community after an update means you accept the revised terms.
