Privacy Policy

  1. 01Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you apply for membership, register for an event, or contact us. Members may add profile information such as a photo, bio, and social links. We also collect basic usage information, such as which pages are visited, to understand how the site is used.

  2. 02How we use information

We use your information to review membership applications, manage your membership, register you for events, process payments, and communicate with you about Axendra experiences, announcements, and updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

  3. 03Sharing of information

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate Axendra, such as our payment processor and email delivery service, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services. We may also share information if required by law. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

  4. 04Member directory

The member directory is visible only to active members and is never publicly accessible. Each member controls whether their profile appears in the directory and can change that choice at any time from their profile settings.

  5. 05Payments

Event payments are processed securely by Square. Axendra never sees or stores your full card number. We keep a record of each payment's amount, status, and transaction reference so we can confirm registrations and handle refunds.

  6. 06Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your membership or relationship with Axendra is active, and as needed afterward for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information.

  7. 07Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and directory visibility at any time from the member portal. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop non-essential communications, by contacting us through the contact page. Some records, such as payment history, may be retained where required.

  8. 08Contact

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent through the contact page on this website. We will respond as quickly as we can.
